However, the whole system of judiciary is very well conducted in Tennessee. To execute this system there are mainly two organizations, firstly, the Tennessee Highway Patrol and lastly the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. Both these stems of judicial branch in Tennessee are very dedicated to their duty of enforcing laws. To help these two branches, there are other departments like, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Tennessee State Parks. They are equally dedicated to their job and is trusted by the residents completely. In a matter of some years of its formation, Tennessee has earned a name of its own as one of the most independent form of judiciary in United States.
In matters of road safety and traffic regulations, The Highway Patrol looks after the traffic system in the highways and the required safety measures there. The general safety of the people is under the Tennessee Department of Jurisdiction and Safety. The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency works independently in protecting the wildlife and the fishes in the state parks of Tennessee. Investigations on the various criminal cases in the state of Tennessee are taken care of by, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. This is the main investigative organization of Tennessee.
